War Medal to those who served in the war will bo commenced iritbin the next three months, and that tho Allied Victory Medal will bo available for distribution by the end of the year Approximately, 100,000 New Zealnndors aro eligible for both these medals but the task of engraving and issuing them will involve ~an immense amount of administrative, work, for the personal file of each man has to be scrutinised carefully by Base Records in ordor that the ncecssary data may be obNo decision has yet been arrived at in connection with eksps, but it is understood that there are to bo seven c asps for the Western front and three clasps for other theatres of war.
