GRAND JURY RECOMMENDS FLOGGING. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, May 24. In connection with the criminal seasions of tho Supremo Court, winch opened this morning, the Grand Jury found a true bill against a man charged with assaulting a girl in Haglev Park, and submitted a ride- "that in the opinion of tho Grand Jury Hogging should form par; of the punishment in eases where accused are convicted of indecont assault on young girls." Mr. Justice Herdman said that cases of this character differed, "but lie would give consiilerution to the jury's finding.'
