Ox arid cow hides were in (rood demand, and prices realised were on a nar with those of the previous sale held lour weeks neo. Thero was also keen competition, for calfskins, though prioaa (renerally weite slifthtly lower. 'i ho mar. kef for •tallow, in tins and casks, is still uncertain, and prices realised show a sharp decline.
