The Pro'Jtand loss account, including £34,533 16s. 2d. brought forward from last year, showed a credit, balance of £56,646 15s. iu. . A dividend of 7 per cent, and a.-special bonus oi 2 per cent, on the ordinary snores was declared, the fixed payments to the preference and founder shareholders heang adopted as usual. .
