WORLD'S PETROLEUM SUPPLY
A WASHINGTON REPORT AS TO BRITAIN'S POLICY. (Rec. May 18, 11.10 p.m.) Washington, May 18. The State Department has informed the Senate that Britain's policy in reference to tho world's petroleum supply is reported to be to exclude aliens from control of oil sources within the Empire,, and obtain 6ome measure of control over oil properties in other countries:—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
