May 19, 0.5 a.m.) Rome, May 17.' Signor Bonomi has declined to form a Ministry. Signor 'Nitti has again been summoned.-Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn. (Rec: May 19, 0.43 a.m.) Rome, May 18. Signor Bonomi and Signor Nitti have failed to form a Cabinet. Signor Bonomi hae been resummoned—"The Times."
