His' Honour Mr. Justice-Edwards yesterday made the following fixtures for the hearing of eivil cases in tho Supreme Court:— - \ May 25—William Henry Sharpm v. Alice Emily Sharpin and John Owen, petition for divorce. ' _ ' May M.-George William Grundr v. George Taylor Goodwin, claim for MhO damages for alleged false representation ; Waiter- Norgrove Dcnipsey v. Caroline Lynch, claim for possession of land. •• jj ny 27—Hector Joseph O'Halloran v. . Mary Ann O'Halloran and Frank Albert Loft, petition for divorce and claim for .£2OOO damages for alleged adultery. . „„ •. The suits of Olsen v. Tho King and Lloyd-Cox v. Hope Gibbons, Sons, and J. P,. Clarkson, Ltd., were struck out.' Undefended divorce oases will be heard on Wednesday and Thursday.
