CONSTRUCTION CONTEMPLATED BY 'AMERICA. (Rec. May 16, 5.5 p.m.) ( . New York, May 15., Mr. Charles Schwab, in a speech, said the United States contemplates tho.construction of the largest -warship in the world. It will be 1000 feet long, M wide, and of 60,000 tons displacement. It will carry twelv« 16-inch guns and coat about fifty million dollars—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
