SLESVIG MINORITIES
——4 QUESTION OF GUARANTEEING - . ' THEIR EIGHTS. ' (Eec. May U, 7.55 p.m.) Copenhagen, May IS. Baron von Neurath, the German Minister, has propounded an agreement gnatanteeing the rights of minorities in German North and Danish Middle Slesvig. Mr. E. Seavenius. the Danish Foreign Minister, unofficially assented to the agreement, but later retracted his assent under the German contention that the matter was settled. The Danish Gov. eminent has officially postponed the queslion. This is regarded as nn unusual snub, considering the customary readiness to • arrange guarantees.—"The Times." ■ ■
