TO LORD AND LADY LIVERPOOL. As tho Governor-General and the Countess of Liverpool intend leaving New Zealand for England next month, after seven years' residence here, the citizens are to Wo an opportunity of fittingly farewelling ttreni. With that object in view the Mayor (Mr. J. I'. Luke) is arranging to tender. Their Excellencies a farewell "at home in tho Town llall, when the public generally will be invited to be present. .
