LIST OF THOSE TO BE TRIED AT LEIPZIG. Berlin, May 12. The first list of names" of those whom the Allies desire to be brought to trial at the Imperial Court at Leipzig was handed to the Government to-day. It comprises forty-five names, chiefly of oft fleers, and especially. of U-boat officers. The Crown Prince, von Hindenburg, and von Ludendorff are not mentioned.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
