The twentv-second annual ireneral meeting of the New Zealand Consolidated Dental Co!, Ltd;, was held last evening, the Hon. J. 6 W. Aitken, chairman of directors, presiding. The annual report disclosed a, highly satisfactory year. Alter payment of working expenses, due provision made for bad and doubtful debts, £11.506 2s. 10d., income and special war tax £1304 16b. 10d., writing off fixtures and flttingß £318 9s„ Id., the net profit on the year's business was £4057 10b. 4d., which, with thte addition of £1172 16s. Id. brought forward, from last year, makes a total of £5230 6s. sd. This amount it was decided to apply as follows:—Payment of dividend of 8 per cent., £2354 9b. 7d.: 5 per cent, bontis to shareholders on their purchases for the yuar. £913 9». Id.; reservo account (makin? same £8500), £500; carried forward to next year, £1462 7s. 9d. During the year £2000 was invested in New Zealand Government War Loan Bonds. In September last tho company's Wellinoton premises wero sold to the WellinEton City Corporation, and -a freehold property at the cornor of Wakefield and Lower Cuba Streetß, on which it la intended shortly to erect new and commodious premises, was purchased. The retiring director, Dr. W. Fell, was re-elected, whilst the rfctirine auditors at Auckland, Christchurcli. Dunodin,' and Wellington wero likewise reelected.
