SUCCESSFUL LAND SALE

Levin .and Co., in conjunction with the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, on behalt of the executors of tho late Henry Ham; mond, have sold the well-lcnown Waitolii Estato in the dairying district of Kongotea, the auction taking place* at Feikling. The property, consisting of 1600 acres of really good general purpose land, was cut into nineteen blocks, ranging from 47 acres to 116 acres. There was a large attendance and tho bidding throughout was spirited. The fact that the land, which averaged per acre, was nearly all bought 'by property owners in the vicinity, shows that those in that district have confidence in tho future.
