_.- * The members of the Karori Hiflo Club fired the first stage,of the. C.A.C. Cup match at Trontliam on Saturday, at ranges of SOO, 900. and 1000 yds., seven shots nt each range. - Conditions were good at the first two ranges, hut failing light at lOOOvds. resulted in poor scores. President H. Marshall registered a possible nt BOovds. 'Rifleman A. C. Crossan topped the day's work with the fine score of 91- points, thus winning Mr.- J. Mills's trophy. Rifleman W. Skegg headed the list- for the handicap men, and wins the club trophy, The following are the highest scores:— 800 900 1000
