Carranza's party are completely surrounded by tho revolutionaries between Mexico City and Vera Cruz. It is rumoured that Carrenza is endeavouring to Teach the United States through the States of Tamaulipas and Nuevo Loon—Reuter. THREE STATE CAPITALS JOIN REBELS. El Paso, May 9.
