Hankar, President of the National Bank of Belgium, hare arrived to arrange a postponement of the maturity of tho fifty million dollar Belgian bond 3 issued subsequent to the armistice. M. Pranqui said the labour situation in Belgium was satisfactory, the production of ooal this year equalling that of 1913, while industrial production generally whs' ranging from 35 to GD per cent, of that of 1913.—Au5.N.Z.
