TO-MORROW (FRIDAY), MAY 7. CITIZENS' BALL. The Citizens' Ball will bo-held in the Town Hall at 9 p.m. On FRIDAY, MAY 7. GENERAL CITY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS. TO-DAY (THURSDAY), MAY 6. ( CITIZENS' RECEPTION, TOWN HALL All vehicular traffio conveying persons with cards of admissioh to arrive at the Town Hall, via Willis Stroet or Victoria Street and Mercer Street, to the northern door (Yard Entrance), in Mercer Street, Vehicles will then proceed through Mercer Street and park along Jer'vois Quay, Harris Street, Willeston Street, and Victoria Street. Other vohicular traffic to arrive at the southern door of the Town Hall in Wake* field Street, via. Willis Street or Victoria Street, and park along Victoria Street and Wakefield Street as will be directed by Traffic Inspectors. No vehicles other than those with tho Prince and his Escort will bo allowed in Cuba Street between Wakefield Street and Mercer Street. Pedestrians will be allowed on tho footpaths only of Cuba Street between Wakefield Street and Mercer Street. REVIEW AT NEWTOWN PARK.All vehicular traffic other than trams .will bo aivorted to Russell.Terrace and Rhodes Street. Mansfield Street and Roy Street to be kept clear of all vehicles other than trams, or vehicles with per* sons having cards of admission. AT PARLIAMENTARY BUILDINGS, On the arrival and departure) of tho Prince and his Escort, traffio will bo stopped temporarily in Lambton Quay and approaches thereto, as will be directed by Traffio Inspectors and Police on duty. TO-MORROW (FRIDAY), MAY 7. CHILDREN'S DEMONSTRATION. All vehicular traffic in the streets about Parliamentary Buildings will bo stopped between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. FOOTBALL MATCH-ATHLETIC PARK. ill vehicles sot(dng down passenfiers at the entrance to the Park in Rintoul Street must proceed straight on in a southerly direction. If required to return to the City must do so via Luxford Street and Adelaide Road, or Warijiori Street and Russell Terrace.
