Present indications are for moderate to strong Eolith to '-westerly winds, weather cool and fair to cloudy, but Tinsettled nt times, especially in the southern districts. Tho barometer has a risintr tendency, but is unsteady in the south. Strong but decreasing southerly winds have prevailed. Cold, chcuicenble. ana showery conditions have been reported, but an imnrovement in tho weather ha« taken place in many parts to-day, Atr mospherio pressuro has increased everywhere. D. 0.
