The.following is tlie result of the New Zealand Workers' Union annual ballot for officers, which closed on April 30: President, Mr. Arthur Cook, Christchurch (elected unopposed); general secretary, Mr. Charles Grayndler, Wellington (elected unopposed); executive members and delegates to annual conference, Wellington branch, Messrs. R. Tenipletou (Wellington), J. Townsend (Wanganui), J. Donnelly (Greytown), all elected unopposed; Auckland branch, Mr.' A. Spring (Malapuna); Gisbarne and East Coast branch, Mr. K. Matete (Tolaga Bay), elected unopposed; Canterbury branch; -Messrs; W. Boone(Ohristchnrch), C. E. Baldwin (Christchurch), C. Sullivan (Waiuiate); Otago branch, Messrs. S. Borcham (Dunedin), A. J Middlemies (Gore); Marlboroughbranch, R. S. Register (Blenheim).
