Philadelphia, May 2. The English team's victory in the twomile relay race was one of the most sensational seen on the American track. The running order of tho team wasTatham. - Stallard.. Milligan, Rudd. It was due to the phenomenal running of Stallard and Rudd that the winners wero forty yards ahead of THinc's Tlniversitv, which came in second. Stallard trained ten yards over his competitor, but dropped in n faint when he handed fie baton to M'lbVan. Rudd later 1 inoroscrl the lead to fortv vnrd?.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
