ARRIVAL WEDNESDAY, MAY 5. fIpDfIJSPL HIGHNESS THE f * PRINCE OF WALES will arrive in Wellington, by train, from the Wairarapa at Lambton Station at 7.30 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, MAY 5. The Prince will be received and welcomed at the Railway Station by His Uprslup the Mayor and Councillors on behalf of the citizens. Leaving the station, His Royal Highness will proceed to Government House via Lambton Quay, "illis Street, Manners Street, Cuba street, Vivian Street, Kent Terrice, and Dunerin Street. THURSDAY, MAY 6. CITIZENS' RECEPTION, TOWN HALL . The Citizens' Reception will be held in the Town Holl at 12.30 p.m. on THURSDAY, MAY 6. Holders of cards of admission to the Orchestral Platform will present the same at the Mercer Street Yard Entrance. Members of the Press will also us© the same entrance. Citizens will be admitted 'by the southem entrance of the Town Hall in Wakefield Street. Doors will be open at 11 a.m. Ihe Citizens' Address of Welcome will be presented by His Worship the Mayor. Ine Harbour Board's Address of Welcome and other addresses' will also be piesented during the Reception. FRIDAY, MAY 7. CITIZENS' BALL. The Citizens' Ball will be held in tho Town Hall, at 9 p.m. on ' FRIDAY, MAY 7. GENERAL CITY TRAFFIC v ARRANGEMENTS. ARRIVAL OF HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 5. All yehioular traffic along and) across Ihorndon Quay, Lambton Quay, Willis btreet, Manners Streot, Cuba Street, Vivian Street, Kent Terarce, and Dufferin Street, to Government House will be stopped from 7 p.m. until after the 1 rince and his escort have passed. THURSDAY, MAY (1. CITIZENS' RECEPTION, TOWN HALL All vehicular traffic conveying persons with cards of admission to arrive at the Town Hall, via Willis Street ir Victoria Street and Mercer Street, to 'the .northern dooi i rard Entrance), in Mercer Street. Vehicles will then proceed through Mercer Street arid park along Jervois Quay, Harris Street, Willeston Street, and Victoria Street.

Other vehicular traffic to arrivo ot tho southern door of the Town Hall in Wakefield Street, via Willis Street or Victoria Street, and park .along Victoria Street and Wakefield Street as will be directed by traffic Inspectors. No vehicles other than those with the Prince and his Escort will be allov/ed in Cuba Street between Wakefield Street nnd Mercer Street. Pedestrian.? will be allowed on tho footpaths only of Cuba. Street between Wakefield Street and Mercer Street. REVIEW AT NEWTOWN PARK. All vehicular traffic other than trams will be diverted to Russell Terrace and Rhodes Street; Mansfield Street and Roy Street to be kept clear of all vehicles other than trams, or vehioles with poisons having cards of admission. AT PARLIAMENTARY BUILDINGS. On the arrival and departure of. the Prince and his Escort, traffic will be stopped temporarily in Lambton Quay and approaches thereto, as will be directed by Traffic Inspectors and police on duty. FRIDAY, MAY 7. CHILDREN'S DEMONSTRATION. All vehicular traffic in tho streets about Parliamentary Buildings will be stopped between 11 a.m. nnd 1 p.m. FOOTBALL MATCH-ATHLETIC PARK. All vehicles setting down passengers at the entrance to tho Park, in Rintoul Street must proceed straight on in a southerly direction.-If, required to return to tho City must do so via Luxford Street nnd Adelaide Road, or Waripori Street and Russell' Terrace. No vehicles will bo allowed to park in Rintoul Street during tho progress of the match. On the return of His Royal Highness from the match to the Wharf or Railway Station, traffic will be temporarily slopped at the approaches to Wliarf or Station as will be indicated by police ,o."
