Mr. Walter Long, First Lord of tho Admiralty, speaking at the Oonstitut'onal Club,' said that the Imperial Conference to be held in London in tho spring, was designed to create a more Imperial character in the Navy, based upon the Dominions' co-operation, which was now one of the chief aims ,of the Admiralty and of tho Government.— Aus.-N.Z.
