They believe that increasing guerilla warfare will wear " down tho Government's resistance. The 6itccwss of the Irish Executive's experiment with a milder regime is doubtful, as the rebel movement is beyond coutrol of the moro moderate Sinn Peineis or even of tha Church. The Belfast correspondent of the "Observer" • says that, owing to agrarian terrorism, hundreds of farmers in southern and western Ireland are seeking farms in North Ireland, and many others are going to England. April 26, 7.15 p.m.) London, April 25. Ono hundred and fifty'lrish prisoners in Wormwood Scrubs Prison demand release. Tho majority have been hungerstriking Bince Wednesday, though a few wore exempted by their comrades owing to their physical oondition. Ono has already been roleased and sent to a nursing homo owing to heart trouble. Later flames were seen inside the* prison, and it was rumoured that the Smn .Feiners were setting fire to their blankets.
