First: Tho restoration of the harmony.amongst returned soldiers in Wellington that existed prior to the unfortunate series of incidents which . have divided members .and weakened the.power of the organisation. .. .Second: To ensure a strong Executive, so that n really forward poiicy may be Inaugurated and carried out without..dclay. Third: As an essential step towards 1 unity and progress, to take immediate, action to provide a permanent Club worthy of tho Association ih all respects. Fourth: To cater for the social needsof members by running a, sories of dances and other functions during the winter months on tho lines instituted so successfully by the Christohurch Association last' .year., ... Fifth: To alter the constitution of tho Wellington Association to allow of tho annUal/election of officers to be by postal ballot,' and of ; interim' vacuicies on the. Committee to be filled by the Committee.,Sixth: To reorganise tho Wellington As*' sociation's .Land and Property Bureflii under such control :as will ensure the maximum 'service to members. Seventh: To do everything possible to increase the mana; and prestigo of tho New Zealand Association (the parent body)i in the best interests of returned soldiers throughout the Dominion, and to urge the remodelling of the N.Z. Constitution so as to prevent the expenditure of largo sums on expensive district organisation schemes. Eighth:.
