I Sir—Space is valuable,' end thereforo I only oat for a 'few lines to afford publicity to the fact that- except for perrons from other, districts who are not, owners of property, or parents or guardians of scholars, and boarders -within a school district without one or other similar qualifications, every householder (whether parent or not) can vote at tho, householders' meeting on April 28 in his district for election of school committees. All should vote—it is a pity that "must" could not be substituted for "should." "Householders" includes persons paying rent.—I 'am, etc., . ; CIVIC DUTY.
