Tho exccutivo of tho Labour Party has issued a manifesto drawing attention to tho economic paralysis which is creeping over Europe as a consequence of tho war. Tho manifesto appeals to tho British Government, in order to avoid a world-wide economic breakdown, to press for the establishment of an internat?onal body representing allied, neutral, and enemy States, charged with tho task of reviewing the whole international economic situation and making proposals for meeting immediate diffi-culties.—Aus.-N.Z.
