. 1 — ■■■ SPEAKS ON SAMOAN TRIP. By Telegraph—Presß Association. Wostport, April 21. Mr. H. E. Holland, M.P. for Buller, delivered an address on the Parliamentary trip to Samoa before a fairly largo gathering in the Theatre Royal to-night. At tho conclusion, it was unanimously resolved: "That this meeting of citizens of Westport endorses the action of Mr. Holland in making indpendent investigations in Samoa- and Fiji, ind also places on record its hearty approval of the policy of tho New Zealand Labour I'arty in opposing the continuance of indentured Chinese or other coolio labour in Western Samoa."
