Ltd., Wellington, have received the following cablegram from their London ofljco under date of April H:-"At the tallow sales this week only 100 casks were sold. Nominal quotations are as under :—Edible beef, 105s. per cwt.: prime mutton, 103s. per cwt.; good colour, mixed, and/or beef, 98s. to 100s.; mixed, 90s. Buyers arc holding off, making market very dull and heavy."
