SONORA TROOPS INVADING SINALOA FEDERAL COMMANDER AND TROOPS JOIN REBELS (By Telegraph-Press'Association-Copyrißlit (Rec.- April IG, 8.25 p.m.) New York, April IS. Advicss from Nogales, Arizona, state that General 'I'lores fought his way across the border, taking San Bias, on the boundary, and is proceeding, with a force of 2500 men towards Culiacau. General Iturbe appears to bo unable to stem the tide of the rebel advance, and his troops are retreating in wild disorder. A .report from, Agua Prieta. states that the troops of the new Republic of Soriora j ore invading Sinaloa State, which adjoins Sonora to the southward,, and are marching upon Culiacnn. A later message from Agua Prieta reports that General Gomez, the former commander ,ot' the Federal troops in the district of 'San Luis Potosi. with his entire army, lias revolted against Chrranzn. and openly declared himself for the revolutionary leader, Obregen—Renter.
