EA'ULY FORMATION OF BUREAU RECOMMENDED. London, April 7. The report of the Imperial Statistical Conference recommends the early formation of an Empire Bureau of Statistics, and suggests that the money necessary for the maintenance of the bureau should bo provided by joint contributions from the various, countries concerned, in'proportions agreed upon.
