Late mossages from Cairo indicate that a serious situation is developing in Palestine. Troops have been recalled to the western bank of the Canal. Moslem and Jewish riots commenced on Sunday and continued on Monday. Already there have been 188 casualties. The Moslems resent.the Zionist idea that the Jews should govern Palestine, though they are a small minority.
