KEEL OF POWERFUL BATTLESHIP LAID. (Rcc. April 4, 5.5 p.m.) Tokio, April 2. Th keel of the Tosa, the largest Jirpanese battleship, has been laid at Nagnsaki. The vessel will have 40,000 tons displacement. She will be 700 feet long. Her armament will consist of ten 16-inch (run's, and she will be launched in 1922.
