: « (Rec. April 4, 5.5 p.m.) London, April 1. The following appointments havo been confirmed:—Sir AVorthington Evans succeeds Mr. Barnes in the Cabinet, Sir 11,'imar Greenwood succeeds Mr. ,T, I. Macphorson (Chief Secretary for Ireland), who becomes Minister of Pensions, and Mr. F. G. Kollaway succeeds Sir Hamar Greenwood as additional Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs and additional Par-, liamentary Secretary of the Board of Trade.-Aus.-N.Z, Cable Asan.
