The two new Ministers of tho Crown, the Hon. C. J. Purr and the Hon. E.P. Lee. vrvro sworn in as members of the Executive Council on Saturday morning before His Excellency the Governor-Gen-eral at Government House

Mr. Parr is Minister of Kducntion and Public Health, and Mr. Lee Minister of Justice. Mr. Coatcs has resigned. the portfolio of Justice, and Sir Francis Bell has resigned the portfolios of Education and Public Health. Sir William Fraser has resigned the portfolio i of Public Works, which is now definitely taken ove- by Mr. Coates. Sir William Eraser retains the position of Minister of Mines.
