' • Tho age-limits prescribed by Regulations are twenty-one . to thirty years. Candidates who.have not attained the age of twenty-one years will be accepted provided they otherwise comply with the standard requirements, or are likely to fulfil them by tho time tihey attain twenty-one years of age or' within a reasonable timo afterwards. The standard of education is Standard V, but in the case of candidates under twentyfive years of age a lower certificate will bo accepted. Candidates received under the minimum age-limit will be given n rourso of physical training and educational instruction, to bring them up to the standards.
