RAINFALL FOR MARCH
The Meteorological Office in Wellington «ives the rainfall for March (taken nt tho Kolburn Observatory) as 2.13 inehev which is considerably below'the moan rainfall for that, month (3.88, inches). liaiii, fell on seven days of the month. It is interesting to hnd that, the rainfall for March taken by Wellington College observers in tho college (crounds (ii nille to tho fiouth-cast of Kolbnrn) wns 2.47 inches for last, month, compared with only -.96 inches for Mareh, 1919, and 4.07 inches for March 1!M8. Probably sumetlimß, between the two records would five tho'accurate rainfall for the city-on the ■'
