It will be remembered that tlie body of tho murdered woman was found in a grass grown lane in l'almerston on the morning of March lfl, iutd it was quite clear that she had died by violence. It was unite wellknown' in Palinerston within a few lir.'irs of the finding of the body tliat the police were, searching for Harry Deploy, but Deeley had disappeared.The description of Deeley is that he is a labouring man, sft.
