Cable Assn. ' (li.ee.- March 28, 11.55 p.m.) '■ New York, March 20. The "New- York Times" Otfawa correspondent'states that Mr. C. C. Ballanlyie (Minister of Marine) has announced the demobilisation of all Canadian Navy officers and naval ratings in order that the service may be reorganised on _ a pre-war basis.. He said the adoption of a permanent naval policy was deferred pending the forthcoming Imperial Conference.. Canada accepted' Britain's presentation ,of a light cruiser and two destroyers, replacing the Nioba and Kain bow— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
