ROYAL COMMISSION REPORTS AGAINST ADOPTION. (Rec. March 25, 7.45 p.m.) . London, March 24. The Royal Commision. on tho .advisableness of introducing '.decimal coinage has -reported against the proposal, declaring that the advantages to be gained in keeping accounts are in no -wise.conilr.ensuratp with the loss of the. convenience of the existing system for other purposes..
