By Telegraph—Press Association. ■ Dunedin, March 21. There was another decline in the price of fat stock at Burnaide sale to-day, only prime- stuff selling readily. Fat Cattle.—There was a good yarding of fair quality, a total of 221 head being penned. Competition was not keen and prices ware slightly below . tluxe ruling last week, ['rime bullocks made #20 to £H; medium, £W to £\9; light and unfinished kinds, £U upwards; primo heifers made .£ls to J;l7 10s.; medium, .£l3 to ,£ll 10s.; light and aged, £9 10s. upwards. Store Cattle.—An exceptionally large yarding, the number offered being much in excess of requirements. The. demand' was very slack, which was attributable in great measure to the poor prospects of winter feed. AVhat few sales wero effected ware on a reduced basis of value, namely from 10s. to 15s. a. head on late rates.

Sheep.—A medium yarding, and numbering 2215 head. • The quality whs very indifferent,"an unusually small proportion being classed as prima. For all irooil quality sheep competition wns active at prices from Is. Cd. to 2s. per head in advance of last week's rates, Iml this class of sheep was not numerous. Quite a number of sheep which were unsuitable for the trade were difficult to dispose of, and for this class reduced rates had to be accepted. Prime wethers made 425. to 475. fid.; medium, 3(ls. to 415.; light and unfinished kind'?, from 28.?. upwards. Extra prime heavyweight ewes made up to 455.; prime 375. to 135.; medium, 31s. to 355. Gd.; light and aged, 2-U. upwards.

Fat lambs.—A good yarding of fair quality, a total of 1421 head beinj? offered. A good demand existed for all lambs suitablo for export. Freezing buyers wore not keen operators,' and for anything not really prime, prices were decidedly weaker. Prices ranged from 18s. to Ms. per head.

Pigs—A small yarding, which met with keen competition, and all classes wero sold at price-? well up to the high rates lately ruling. Best baeoners made 'from Hid. .to Is. Old. par lb., and best porkers from Is. to Is. ijd. per lb.
