HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The Department of Agriculture has received the following cablegrams, flaleit March 18 and 20 respectively, from the High. Commissioner for New Zealand, London:— "Eleventh series Government wool sales commenced Monday night with unusually ■ large attendance buyers, and good competition from all sections pi our trade. Compared with closing rates last series merinos and fine crosabreds ruled about 5 per cent, dearer; medium and inferior crossbreds unchanged, but they have improved -since opening.
