Tracey was adjudged tiio winner on points. At the conclusion of the tenth round tlioro was little to chooso between them. F. Burns was referee, and his verdict was well received.

Roxburgh— At a meeting of citizens it was decided to erect a memorial, which, will cither lake the form of a monument or of public baths. The money is to be raised by public subscription. Tiic cost has not yet been estimated.
