SUBSTITUTION OP NF.W UNIONIST PARTY. London, March 15. The newspapers assert that Mr. Lloyd George hns decided to end the Coalition and to substitute a new Unionist Party, including the moderate Liberals, of whom he is leader. It.is expected that he will outline the scheme when he addresses the Liberals at Downing Street on Thursday.
