Interest is payablo (and principal repayable) free of exchange at the National Bank of Now Zealand, Limited, Wellington, or any of its branches throughout the Dominion. The Debentures will have a currency of Twenty Years and will bo issued at par, Tenderers of the highest; promium will have; preference nnd to" tenderers at par (.£100). Debentures will be allotted- proportionately to the number applied for. No tender below par will bo considered. Each tender must be accompanied by cash oVcheque (if cheque, with oxchange added) for the' full- amount of tender.
