NORMAL PRODUCTION AT THE MINES.
All tho miners' unions but one have accepted the agreement framed bv tho representatives of tho Coal Mine Owners Association and the Miners' Federation Rt the recent conference. The exception is the Blackball Union, but it is anticipated that the Blackball miners will abide by the decision of tho majority. Reports W liut week's operations at tho coal mines show that the "go-slow policy has been abandoned in nearly all cases. Production has bccome norma at most of the mines. A hitch occurred at the Piikemiro mines, offing- to a local dispute, but this has been overcome. .
