RECOMMENDATIONS OF CONFERENCE.

The Statistical Conference recommends ; thot the Imperial Council should be ; incorporated under Royal Charter, with the Prime Minister of England ex-officio , president. The United Kingdom should ; nominate ton members, Inda, and the- i self-governing Dominions two each, and the colonies and protectorates two.
