The World Association of Adult Eduction is appealing for a quarter of a million sterling to endow and convert the famous Crosbv Hall, Chelsea, into a hall of residence for student? from Eng-lish-snoalcing countries attending the London University and other approved centres of education. Lords Gorell, Sandwich, Crawford, and Vaughan are among tha prominent promoters. The, High Commissioners have promised their eup-port.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
