After further dismission Mr. Clark's motion was carried by ton vote to five. Application by Mr, Orr. The -Rev. Robertson Orr then presented to Presbytery the following application:— I liereby nnplv to Presbytery to restrain Scots College Board from using its moneys for the mirposes of Queen College, innsmneh ns it is thus acting in excess of the powers conferred by its constitution and possesses no legal justification for such action. The Moderator said that if the notice was to be trnnted serionslv. as he supposed it must be, it would havo to be referred. to a committee. The notice was held over until the next regular meeting of Presbytery. Mr. Orr also gave notioe of motion that: Presbytery should draw nn a constitution for Queen Margaret's Cbllege.
