Yesterday afternoon Mrs. TI. P. Hishworth entertained about forty ladies who had worked on behalf of Mr. Bishworth, Reform candidate for Jlutt, at the recent election, at her homo, Bloomlield Road, Lower Ilutt, Songs wero suug by Me.-idnmes Collins, Orr, and M'Bain, and a recitation was given by Mrs. Ashley. Afternoon tea was served from the teaset which was presontcd to Mrs. Rishwortli by her husband's inipportare.
