DISSATISFIED RAILWAYMEN

Tho following resolution wao passed to-day by a mass moeting held at Addington :— • "This mass meeting of Addington Workshop employees desires to express its profound dissatisfaction at tho prolonged delay in making known Mr. justice - Stringer's verdict in tho recent inquiry regarding wages. We urge the executive to take immediate action, and we will support them in whatever action they may take."

The men at the Newmarket Railway Workshops held a ctop-work meeting today and passed a resolution protesting against tho delay in connection with the report of tho Railway Wages Board. The meeting pledged members to support the executive in any action deemed necessary, ft also passed a resolution thanking the president ot the Amalgamated society of Railway Servants for the way in -which lie conducted tho case before tho Wages Board.
